Bringing Rwandan culture to life in Calgary
Join us in celebrating our cultural heritage, promoting unity, and embracing the diversity within the Rwandan community in Calgary.
Celebrating Cultural Heritage and Unity
Our organization is dedicated to fostering a strong sense of community among Rwandans in Calgary and sharing our culture and traditions with others.
Rwanda has a rich cultural heritage, including beautiful dances, renowned music, intricate artistry, and much more. We take pride in who we are and have many programs aimed at promoting our culture within our society and with the broader community.
This year, we also come together to mark Kwibuka 31, a time to remember and honour the lives lost during the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi. As a community, we stand in solidarity to reflect, unite, and renew our commitment to peace, resilience, and a brighter future.
